Located between Valence and Montélimar, at the foot of the Ardèche hills, this authentic building in local stone overlooks the charming little village of Baix. It offers a splendid view of the banks of the Rhône, where the Viarhona passes and faces the mountains of the Drôme Provençale. Two fully restored houses are nestled in the heart of a terraced garden, enclosed and very quiet. The residence offers several fully independent lofts that can accommodate 1 to 4 people. Located on the ground floor of one of the two buildings, you can access the Los Angeles loft directly from the inner courtyard, after climbing the few stairs of the entrance of the residence. It has its own small private terrace equipped with an outdoor lounge, but you will also have the opportunity to enjoy the garden and the panoramic terrace, which will be shared with the other guests. It has an area of 37 m2 and consists of: a perfectly equipped kitchen with Tassimo coffee machine, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a glass hob and a microwave, a living room, a dining area with free WIFI. It has two small bedrooms equipped with a double bed of 140 (bed in height accessible by two steps) and each their own small bathroom toilet with shower. Each room has its own TV. Once raised, you will find a complete dressing room under the bed. One of the two bedrooms is blind (no window), but this does not prevent it from keeping all its charm and allows you to have a good night in the dark. Even if the surface of this small pied-à-terre is not very large, the space is very well optimized and you will find all the comfort expected.
