3 bed Teignmouth cottage with sea views. The space Bay Cottage is a self catering cottage in the south Devon seaside town of Teignmouth. Located in a quiet residential area just 1km (10/15 mins walk) from the beach and town, Bay Cottage is a spacious 3 bedroom house just next door to our own home. Well equipped and comfortable with outside space and beautiful sea views, the cottage makes a wonderful base for exploring Teignmouth, south Devon and Dartmoor. Bay Cottage is beautifully decorated and offers a comfortable base for your holiday. The cottage is family friendly and has everything you need to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Ground floor: Kitchen, newly fitted in 2022 (table and chairs for 6, single oven, microwave, washing machine) Dining room with large table and chairs for 6 people Sitting room Downstairs toilet Upstairs: Three bedrooms (two with kingsize beds and a twin room) Family bathroom with a bath and shower over the bath. We can provide one (or two!) travel cots. There is free WiFi in the cottage and freesat tv in the sitting room. Outside: Bay Cottage has off street parking and a terrace, accessed through french doors from the living and dining rooms with views over Teignmouth and out to sea. There is a table and chairs and bbq for meals outside. Visiting with children: We have a young family and moved to Devon because it is such a fantastic place for children. There are miles of beaches for them to run around on and rock pools for them to explore. They can paddle, swim and body board or go crabbing, fishing and hunting for shells. Dartmoor is 30 minutes away where there are endless opportunities for adventure - scrambling up tors, paddling in streams and spotting Dartmoor ponies. We want to make your stay with us as hassle-free as possible. We provide travel cots, stair gates and high chairs and the kitchen is well stocked with plastic bowls, plates, cups and cutlery for little guests. We have a stash of buckets and spades, fishing nets and crabbing lines and the cottage has a cupboard of books and toys for children. If there is something you need that we haven't listed, we should be able to provide it. Please note that the cottage is non smoking and we cannot accommodate pets.
