It's only a few steps away to other shopping malls, restaurants, cinema, bowling and billiard hall, grocery and 24 convenient stores. It is near the Ortigas Business Center and has an easy transportation access to Bonifacio Global City, Greenhills Shopping Center, Makati Central Business District and other major malls in the metro. The space A 37 square one bedroom unit located at the 12th floor of LE GRAND TOWER 1. The unit is fully furnished with two window type air conditioning units. The living room has a flat screen TV with local channels. Eastwood City offers FREE WIFI all over the area. We provide guests with a Globe Home WIFI device with internet service for the duration of their stay to be connected and have limited access to emails, internet browsing, Messenger, and Viber. The guest has access to the following kitchen utilities: Electric Stove with oven, Refrigerator, Electric Kettle, Pots and Pans. Cooking is allowed. Guest can have their laundry in the washing machine provided. The dining area has a four seater table with cutleries and dinnerware. The Bathroom with shower enclosure has a centralized heating system. Guest access Guest has access to the gym located at the ground floor and swimming pool area is at the 7th level during their stay. Other things to note As per Condo Management, scanned copy of a government issued ID of each registered guest is required prior to check in.
