Beautiful house with pool in quiet location

Quiet country house on the hills above Sóller. Sunny area. Good size pool and solarium around where to sunbath. The house has a spacious living room with SAT TV (ASTRA), good size kitchen with dining area, 3 bedrooms (1 of them with 2 twin beds) and 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite. From the kitchen you can access the BBQ area with a dining table under the porch area, ideal for al fresco dining. There is a guest toilet outside and the house is equipped with WiFi. Good car access. Other things to note Please take into account that the tourist tax is not included in the rental price. For year 2019 it is 2 Euros per night per adult for the first 8 nights and for the extra nights it is 1 Euros per night per adult. Children under 16 do not pay the tourist tax.
