Mortillina, the Suspended House

Mortillina is a 40sm house, with a king size bed bedroom, living room with kitchen and bathroom. It is built on a suspended terrace with a stunning view on the valley, the mountains and on the background Raffadali village. Moreover the guests have free access to the main house pool few mt from Mortillina. The pool is shared with the guests of the main house (max 8 people). The space The house is organized in two levels. On the lower open space there is the living room with the kitchen fully equipped including the dishwasher. The bathroom is equipped with shower and washing machine. On the upper level there is the 15sm queen size bed bedroom, the huge wardrobe and the drawers. The huge comfortable terrace surrounding the house, dominating the garden, is equipped with BBQ and the marble table for having fantastic meals outside. A sofa, deck chairs, the wide umbrella and the sailing allow the guests resting in total peace under the shadow. A wide covered parking area and automatic gate are provided. The 12x6 meters pool, surrounded by olive trees and palms with a breathtaking cascade side overlooking the valley, the mountains and the coast from Eraclea Minoa to Sciacca, is a private facility for the guests of Mortillina and of Mortilla, the main house (max 10 people attending) few meters far from Mortillina. We implemented all the actions to prevent our guests from the Covid - 19 epidemic, including cleanings done by using specific products and rules to keep the distance between people. Btw the the property surrounding both Mortillina and the main house is 5 hectares wide, with all the facilities to allow our guests to stay far meters from other people. Guest access The house is independent and the guests have full access to all the facilities provided, including the pool at Mortilla main house. Other things to note The area is in the countryside 400 mt above the sea level, so absolute quite and isolation are granted. The closest village, Cattolica Eraclea, is about 4,5km from the house.
