Our accommodation is fully furnished decorated in a modern style and is cheap compared to other offers, especially in patong area. We are suitable for couples, solo adventures, business travelers as it includes Free Wifi (Internet download speed is 94.5Mbps and upload speed is 96Mbps.), king size mattress bed with bedsheet duvet, Elevator, 24/7 CCTV Camera and every room has luke warm water heater. The space The price are inclusive of water and electric utilities charges. The maximum number of guests for this room is 4 persons. The management reserves the right to deny the additional guests upon check-in. Our office hours is from 10am to 5pm. We speak English, Thai and Hindi Languages. The Check-in time: 14:00 – 17:00hrs and the Check-out time: 11:00hrs (Noon) You must present your passport or ID card at check-in to receive the key and keycard, and return them after your stay at check-out. Please be respectful of the surroundings and keep the noise down during your stay, if it affects other guests rest in the middle of the night and if repeated persuasion is ineffective the management reserves the right to ask the guests to check out without any refund. You must inform us your arrival/flight details upon making the reservation. If your arrival is after 5pm to 9pm, you can still check in but you must inform us your arrival time and flight details in advance. Later arrival flights are not accepted. Our apartment is located in Nanai 2 Patong called The C Park Apartment and you can find us on social media : thecparkphuket Guest access The motorbike parking area and the washing machine coin slot on the first floor are the common area (First come, first-served basis). The C Park Apartment is located in Patong, Kathu District, Phuket, in the heart of the city a walk of 15 minutes to Patong beautiful beach. Just 4 minutes walk to Jungceylon Department Store, 5 minutes walk to Baanzaan Food Market, JJ Market and Otop Market and 7 minutes to the night life center of Patong, Bangla Road and Patong Boxing Stadium. The stadium is 1.1 km from the apartment and the nearest airport is Phuket Airport, 40.2 km from the location. Phuket Simon Cabaret is 1.4 km away. Also, walking distance around 1 minute walking to 7-11, family mart, pharmacy, others conveniences stores. You can go around in Patong with rental motorbikes. Other things to note There will be 2 towels, shampoo and shower soap and complimentary 2 drinking waters. It is a non-smoking room but smoking is permitted in the balcony. The cleaning fee charged is for check-out only. Cleaning service is provided upon request with fee applied. You can contact me directly to request for cleaning service for a fee of THB 500, and THB 500 extra for linen & towel change which is payable at the office. This service includes basic cleaning, change of linens, towels, and receive 2 bottles of drinking water. Any special requests for early check-in or the late checkout may be acceptable, subject to room availability with additional fee. Any other special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges. Special requests cannot be guaranteed. From Phuket Airport you can take a taxi or a mini bus as per your budget with approximately THB 700 to THB 1,000 per way for 2 people for taxi. You can also take a mini bus from airport to the apartment alley Nanai 2 at THB 200 per person. On your way back you can buy the mini bus from apartment to Phuket Airport at THB 200 per person. It takes approximately 1 hour to 1.5 hour to arrive. You can buy the SIM card at airport for true move or AIS for your internet and/or calls data. We have a variety of room types available for both short and long stay visitors.
