Summer Escape: Quiet Street with Sea Views

This house is perfectly situated for your summer vacation . The house is on a quiet street, with wonderful sea views, just a 10 minute walk along the creek to the beach. The photos here are from the previous owner. I can happily say the house has been more modernly furnished, which you'll notice in some of the photos. We are expecting new floors and carpet to be in by the end of this year. We love our pink kitchen and that is here to stay! The space The house is very spacious. Much more the the pictures suggest. The light is incredible and the garden is vast. The two main bedrooms each have two queen sized beds. My son's bedroom has one queen size bed on the floor and there are two single beds (with one trundle) in the downstairs bedroom (which is directly adjacent to the laundry). You will find a Weber BBQ on the deck. Most of my personal belongings are downstairs in my studio, which will be locked. Guest access It's all yours! Other things to note I have a productive garden and 4 chickens. I have an irrigation system that will keep the veggies growing. Ideally you are happy looking after our chooks and giving the fruit trees a water on hot days.
