Queen size comfy bed in a large room, with study desk, ceiling fan and stand alone air conditioner. Room is attached to its own private lounge/dining room with a guest fridge, television, lounge. Shared bathroom and toilet. 5 min walk to Caboolture hospital. 20min walk to train station or 3min uber ride. 200m walk to bus stop. Beautiful parks and lake across the road with exercise equipment, dog park and walking path. Very relaxed, quiet and clean environment. The space Guest space includes queen bed bedroom, desk and chair, wifi, air-con, fan, shared bathroom & toilet/powder room. The space is homely, quiet, modern and clean. Our aim is to provide you with a home away from home. The home is large and provides privacy and a peaceful setting for guests. Guest access You will have access to bathroom, toilet/powder room and on the street parking. Kitchen is available for food preparation. Use of kitchen for cooking to be approved by host, for stays longer than a few days. Guests are welcome to put supplies in guest fridge and use microwave, jug, toaster, utensils, plates and cups. Washing machine use charged at $5.00 per load, dryer at $5.00 per load or else laundromat close by. During your stay The focus of this BnB is to provide guests with a private, safe and secure living space while travelling or working away from home. I am a social interactive person and interested in people, I would love to get to know my guests if they are up for a chat and I have broad knowledge of the local area and all the fun stuff on offer. But I totally respect my guests privacy if you're not up for interaction. Up to you.
