It has a dormitory room upstairs with RCAC - plenty of space for kids to play and sleep. 4 additional bedrooms. Massive tiled open plan living dining/ kitchen. Extra WC downstairs. Large outdoor deck in a fully fenced rear yard with BBQ and outdoor setting. It's not trying to be a 'romantic' getaway, rather great value for large groups especially workers to the area. Guest access Driveway parking is preferred as access to the garage is not included and nor is parking in front of the garage door - I need to be able to access the garage. Other things to note Guests are expected to leave the property clean and damage free. Any excessive cleaning required will need to be paid for in addition to any damage.
