Guest access The whole house apart from the basement and cellar (phase 2 of the renovation) and the loft bedroom (locked off - phase 3). No back garden/ or any area in the back just the dustbins. Other things to note Please note, you have probably guessed already from the age of the property (1828) and by the photographs that this property is not very good in terms of accessibility - the stairs are steep, they are narrow, the corridors are narrow, there are steps up to the front door, the only toilet is on the ground floor so a long way down the stairs for anyone on the top floor. There is a night light to help, and a battery powered emergency light on the stairs in case of power failure. If you are planning to book in the winter please: note we have old fashioned wooden sash windows that rattle in the strong winds we frequently get on the coast. They may be drafty, the open fires will howl too, all very atmospheric. If you are used to 21st Century comforts, watching a large TV on the sofa with the central heating at 25Deg C this property is not for you.
