The property covers an area of 140 square meters divided in three levels (basement, ground and upper level). It can accommodate up to eight persons in 4 bedrooms on the upper level and the basement and each level has its own bathroom. On the ground level there is a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher, as well as a very spacious living room with television. Additionally on the upper and ground levels you can find two very beautiful and spacious verandas. The space The property is part of a contemporary construction, which consists of eight individual houses, located in the village of Logaras on the eastern coastal side of the island of Paros approximately 100m from the beautiful blue-flagged sandy beach of Logaras. Other things to note * If you need extra cleaning during your stay the cost will be €15/hour for the cleaning lady and €40 for the change of linen and towels. * There is no heating or air-conditioning provided in the rooms located in the basement and their use is recommended only between June and September. * Please do not take the house towels to the beach. * If you need a transfer to/from the airport or port, and only if our housekeeper is available to do so after contacting him, the charge will be €60 per ride. * Paper and other waste must NOT be thrown inside the toilet.
