Note: A neighbour has just started construction in December 2025; the lower-level apartment stays quiet indoors, with some noise possible on the pool terrace. Extra's to enhance your stay: - Yoga mats available, and we can arrange for a mobile masseuse to come to the apartment. Guest access - Private use of the 1-bedroom apartment/guest suite on the lower level of the house - Easy access via a private, flat path - Enjoy the shared infinity pool and sun loungers (note: 12 steps up to the swimming pool) Other things to note Arrival Details Let us know your arrival time and we can help arrange a taxi from the airport or ferry (around 450 THB from the airport). Need to Know - 12 steps from the apartment to the pool area - We have two friendly dogs, Bo and Colin - Not suitable for children (0–12yo) due to the unfenced pool and elevated terrace - No washing machine, but affordable laundry services are nearby - A neighbour started early construction in December 2025; the apartment is on the lower level and naturally quiet indoors, with some noise possible on the pool terrace Housekeeping Access To keep the apartment clean and comfortable, our housekeeper will need reasonable access. This includes a weekly change of bed linen and towels, plus light cleaning 2–3 times per week. Room Use Policy Your booking includes access only to the number of bedrooms reserved. Using unbooked rooms (e.g., the second bedroom on a one-bedroom booking) without prior approval may incur additional charges for cleaning and utilities.
