The space This is a typical studio-style apartment with an additional bedroom, comfortably accommodating up to six people. My space is located just a few meters from the New Gudauri center and the ski gondola. The apartment is newly built and offers a magnificent view of the entire New Gudauri area, including the ski lifts and tracks. You’ll also enjoy the convenience of ski-in, ski-out access. Guest access Whole apartment will be available for use. Other things to note The building offers both indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a spa, and a sauna (available at an additional cost). The on-site restaurant features a spacious terrace and serves Georgian cuisine, as well as international dishes. Guests can also enjoy breakfast for an extra fee. A ski rental service is available in the building, where you can also rent warm clothing. In the building, there is a children’s room available for use. Please let me know in advance so I can arrange access before you book. The washing machine is now located in the apartment for your convenience. Please note that the swimming pool and sauna may not be operational during the summer season. Kindly confirm their availability with me before booking the apartment. There is free parking available near the building on a first-come, first-served basis. I can also arrange parking in a garage for you.
