The space CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S EVE AVAILABLE: 4 NIGHTS MINIMUM €500/night 5 NIGHTS €450/night 6 NIGHTS €410/night 7 NIGHTS €380/night Lovingly decorated, this country house has the possibility of accommodating family and friends, with a sleeping capacity of 12 people, 14 if there are children in the group. The house has 3 beautiful master bedrooms on the first floor, including comfortable bedding, with views of the outdoors. On the second floor, a nice cozy dormitory equipped with 4 single beds, followed by a bedroom separated by a sliding door consisting of a double bed and a sofa bed. It is the ideal room for parents + children. On each floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor, enjoy a friendly dining room in the image of the owner: there will be a large table to share good meals accompanied by many products from the region, organic vegetables from Félix, who is a market gardener, and poultry from Brigitte, the neighboring farmer. A fully equipped kitchen is also available with a range cooker, dishwasher, countertops and quality utensils. A high-end Marantz-Klipsh sound system for enjoying the soundtrack of your vacation is installed. Enjoy gentle walks in the different plots adjoining the house and enjoy a short swim in the heated pool and a relaxing moment at the spa. Great aperitifs with family or friends await you with a boulodrome available in front of the house, as well as a covered terrace with a barbecue for summer evenings. The house's exteriors also include a beautiful stone barn, a small house with a bread oven, a workshop, acres of forest and meadow, and a small pond. The house is located at the end of the hamlet of Beauvais located in the municipality of the village of Champagnat (1.5 km) which has a very good bakery, a rich associative life and the amazing Naute lake where concerts and Creusois fondue celebrate our region. In Aubusson, which is 18 km away, you will find all the shops as well as various cultural places including the Cité Internationale de la Tapisserie. In the region, a multitude of remarkable sites are in a nearby radius such as the Arboretum de la Sedelle, the bog of the Mazure, the Landes pond, the Jaumatres stones... Possibility of fishing (carp, trout, carnivore...), mushroom picking (depending on season), shopping, museum visit, concerts, hiking, yoga, farm visit, producer market... Possibility to come with your horses (meadow ok, shelters, watering...) price and conditions to be determined beforehand by message. Horseback riding 10 km away with Cheval de Coeur.
