The space CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR'S EVE AVAILABLE: 4 NIGHTS MINIMUM €500/night 5 NIGHTS €450/night 6 NIGHTS €410/night 7 NIGHTS €380/night Decorated with love, this country house has the possibility to accommodate family and friends, with a sleeping capacity of 12 people, 14 if there are children in the group. The house has 3 beautiful master bedrooms on the first floor with comfortable bedding, with views of the outdoors. On the second floor, a nice cocoon dormitory equipped with 4 single beds, followed by a bedroom separated by a sliding door composed of a double bed and a sofa bed. This is the ideal room for parents + children. On each floor there is a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the ground floor, enjoy a friendly dining room in the image of the owner: there will be a large table to share good meals accompanied by many products of the region, organic vegetables from Félix who is a market gardener, and poultry from Brigitte the neighboring farmer. A fully equipped kitchen is also available with a piano stove, dishwasher, worktops and quality utensils. A premium Marantz-Klipsch sound system to enjoy the soundtrack of your vacation is installed. Enjoy gentle walks in the different plots adjacent to the house and enjoy a little swim in the heated pool and a relaxing moment in the spa. Great aperitifs with family or friends await you with a boulodrome available in front of the house, as well as a covered terrace with a barbecue for summer evenings. The exterior of the house also includes a beautiful stone barn, a maisonette with a bread oven, a workshop, acres of forest and meadow, and a small pond. The house is at the end of the hamlet of Beauvais, located in the municipality of the village of Champagnat (1.5 km), which has a very good bakery, a rich community life and the amazing lake of the Naute where concerts and Creuse fondue celebrate our region. You will find in Aubusson, which is 18 km away, all the shops as well as various cultural places including the Cité Internationale de la Tapisserie. In the region, a multitude of remarkable sites are within a close radius such as the Sedelle arboretum, the Mazure peat bog, the Landes pond, the Jaumatres stones... Possibility of fishing (carp, trout, carnivorous...), mushroom picking (depending on the season), shopping, museum visits, concerts, hiking, yoga, farm visits, farmers' market... Possibility to come with horses (meadow ok, shelters, trough...) price and conditions to be determined in advance by message. Horseback riding 10 km with Cheval de Coeur. Possibility to come by motorcycle and park it in the shelter. Yoga retreats welcome, you will be delighted by the nature and calm of our place. The pool is heated (from May 15 to October 1) and now covered with a solar roller shutter that secures it.
