The space ⦿ Free WIFI ⦿ Netflix, YouTube, Prime Video (You can log in by your account). ⦿ 35 sq.m. apartment./High ceilings (9 ft.) ⦿ Bedroom: A king size bed, Closet, Hanger. ⦿ Bathroom: Bathtub, Shower, Towels, Shampoo, Body Wash, Conditioner. ⦿ Living Room: Sofa, TV (Xiaomi TV Stick) Cabinet, Lamp ⦿ Dining Room: Table with 2 seats. ⦿ Kitchen Room: Fridge, Kettle, Microwave, Toaster, Sink, Kitchenware, etc. ⦿ Balcony: Washing Machine and Clothes Rack. ⦿ Hair dryer, steam iron. Guest access The swimming pool and fitness center are reserved exclusively for condo residents. (If these facilities are closed or under maintenance, it is unrelated to the booked accommodation since access to the pool and gym is complimentary and considered part of the common areas, not managed by the host.) If any unreasonable complaints are made during the stay, refunds for the accommodation will not be issued. The accommodation fee strictly covers the room and is not associated with the use of common areas. Other things to note 📍Dear Guest who sensitive about noise, Do NOT BOOK!! The Nimman Road area, Maya Mall, Chiang Mai University, Chang Phueak, and Suthep subdistricts are located near Chiang Mai Airport. If you’re concerned about noise, including traffic sounds, please carefully review the conditions. There will be no refunds under any circumstances, as these are external factors. When you going out please turn off all AC, electric device for us. - No smoking inside my room fine 5000 THB. - Lost keycard 500 THB/piece. - No daily cleaning like hotel. - Please keep the room clean. - Furniture and items in the room, including decorations, will be charged at their actual value if damaged or lost. If replacement is not possible, the value of a comparable item will be applied.
