In the common areas, it has 2 rooms with two fireplaces. A dining room for 12 people. Also a large porch with a round table for about 10 guests. Guest access All the places of the house are accesible except the underground garage & workshop Other things to note From October till May electricity will be charged on top of the rate, regarding the actual readings of consumption. It is a big house with a lot of doors and exits, so it’s quite dificult to keep all close, but luckily the neighborhood is really safe, so be don’t get obsessed and enjoy. The house is located in the countryside and there are cattle farms not far away, so maybe some days of the year you could smell them. Parties are not allowed. The last 1,5km is a good gravel road, not SUV necessary but not good for a sport low car.
