Welcome to our 14th century family property, in the heart of the Tarn, between Toulouse, Albi and Castres. Calm, nature, authenticity: everything is combined for a peaceful stay for couples, families or groups of friends. Two independent houses, swimming pool, horses, birds, dogs and cats. The space Nestled in a green setting, our property consists of two independent gites in a refined style, accommodating up to 17 people. An ideal place to meet with family or friends, in a peaceful and well-kept atmosphere. Gîte 1 – The most spacious: Upstairs: - 2 bedrooms with double bed (140 cm), one with a sofa bed (140 cm) - 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (90 cm) and a sofa bed (140 cm) Bathroom with integrated toilet On the ground floor: Fully-equipped kitchen Cozy living room with direct access to the terrace Spa and Fitness Area Gîte 2 – More intimate: Main Floor: - 1 bedroom with 4 beds (2 bunk beds of 90 cm) - TV lounge - Functional kitchen and bright living room Upstairs: - 1 bedroom with double bed (140 cm) - Bathroom with integrated toilet 🌿 Each cottage has its own access and a private outdoor space, all in the heart of a vast landscaped garden conducive to relaxation. 🧖‍♀️ Wellness area (by reservation only): A private spa and sauna are available, subject to availability. Price: €20/hour. 🧺 Please note: bed linen and towels are not provided (rental possible on request). 🐾 Pets not allowed: We live on site with our own animals. For reasons of cohabitation and tranquility, pets are not allowed. Guest access Guests have full private access to all the cottages including: - All interior rooms (bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom) - Private terraces adjacent to the accommodation - Private gardens dedicated to the gites - Private petanque court - The fitness area, freely accessible and free of charge -🧖‍♀️ The hot tub and sauna are reserved exclusively for the occupants of this cottage, but are not freely managed. They are accessible only by prior reservation and subject to availability, under the supervision of the hosts. Price: €20/hour 🚪 The entrances are completely independent, not overlooked. No indoor space is shared with other guests. We live there in a separate house and remain available if necessary, with complete discretion.
