Romantic apartment on old farm

Relaxed days in nature, away from stress and hustle and bustle. Time for two or with the family, for lovers, those in need of peace and quiet and nature lovers... just switch off... you can do that wonderfully in the apartment on our small farm in the picturesque Bavarian Forest. You can hike or bike from the farm. Konzell, 3 km away, belongs to the St. Englmar, but also the Bavarian Forest National Park or the cities of Straubing, Regensburg, Passau are just around the corner. The space Our farm is the ideal starting point for hiking, biking or just relaxing – perfect for those looking for an alternative to a hotel. The apartment offers a cozy room with a dining area, kitchenette, basic oven and a cozy (sleeping) sofa (140 x 200). In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (180 x 200), a wardrobe, a dresser, a small table and a wonderful armchair that invites you to read. Both rooms have direct access to the balcony and a beautiful view of the countryside. The living room, bathroom and hallway are heated by our wood central heating. For additional cozy warmth, the basic stove can be used. The water comes from our own source. The small kitchen is fully equipped, and wood, towels and linens are also included. Guest access All guests are welcome to move around our premises next to their balcony or to look for a nice place to relax. The fire bowl is movable and can be rented, as can the grill. Just let us know... Other things to note The farm is nestled in our natural garden and surrounded by flowering meadows. Our chickens, the dog and the cats move freely on the premises, which could be particularly interesting for guests with their own dog.
