The open-plan rustic kitchen/dining space contains large pine table, kitchen units made by a local craftsman, electric cooker, dishwasher. There is a utility room to kick off coats and boots, use of the washing machine and a downstairs loo. Large living room with pine floor, comfy sofas, wood burning stove, radio, TV, and WiFi. Upstairs; double bedroom overlooking the river with en suite loo, shower, basin. Second double bedroom with views of the fields, en suite loo, basin. Twin bedroom with pine features. Small double on curtained landing area, three quarter bed. Large bathroom with loo, basin, bath & shower. Pure cotton sheets, towels, bath mats provided. Luxury feather pillows and duvets. All central heating, lighting and logs for the wood-burner are included. Guest access Exclusive use of the whole house. Use of the table tennis all year round. Use of a BBQ in the summer. Plenty of footpaths for walking. Please note we have a large car parking space at the top on the property that can be used for large numbers of guests or if you wish to have the outside space free of cars. Pet Policy - Please note we allow one dog in our property per stay at a charge of £25. Towels can be found in the utility room for drying the dog. We do not allow dogs on our sofas and ask that they are kept down stairs throughout your stay. Dogs are to be kept on leads at all times on the grounds as we have farm dog and animals on site. Their is a gated courtyard area to the back of the property where your dog can roam freely. We ask you clean up after your dog and dispose of waste correctly.
