The apartment has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, dining and living area with two single sofa beds and the balcony. The whole apartment is open space, so there is no door to the bedroom on the upper floor and the bedroom downstairs is separated from the rest with a wooden structure and curtains. There is a new aircon and free wifi. The space The apartment has nice views to the Leme Bedje wingfoil and kitesurf spot from the kitchen window. The duplex is open space on two floors and offers everything you need for a perfect holiday. In the complete kitchen you will find a fridge with freezer compartment, gas stove, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, water cooker, pots and pans, plates and cutlery, so you can prepare breakfasts and cook your own meals. The lower bedroom, which is separated from the rest with a wooden structure and curtains, offer a double bed, 200x140. In the bedroom on the top floor there are 2 single beds, 190x80, that can be used as separate beds or put together as double bed. There are also 2 single sofa beds in the living area. In the bathroom you will find a sink, toilet, bidet and a recently renovated shower area. As the apartment is high up, nobody can see into the apartment or access it, so privacy and security is guarantueed! The swimming pool is another highlight of the property, with sunchairs available free of charge, set in a nice garden. In the apartment you have free and unlimited wifi. The place is perfect for a couple, 2 couples or a family, as well as a group of up to 5 friends! Not only Windsurfers, kitesurfers wingfoilers and surfers will love the location and the sea view. Guest access The whole apartment is rented complete, so only you will have access to the kitchen, bathroom, balcony, living and dining area. The Leme Bedje condominium has a beautiful maintained pool with free sun beds and plenty of plants and flowers. The condo also disposes of a 24 hours security, so you can feel 100% safe. Next to the entrance there is a board storage, where you can leave your windsurf, surf and Sup boards, next to the security guard. There is unlimited and free fibreglass Wifi in the apartment. Other things to note From the 17.5. to the 1.6.2026 the swimming pool will be closed due to maintenance and repair works.
