For all those who love the beauty of nature and want to spend their vacation enjoying the benefits it provides and be disturbed only by the chirping of birds and wind noise, we are pleased to offer you a stone Robinson-style house in an olive grove. This house is equipped with running water as well as electric current and Wi-Fi. It contains al the necessary household appliances and if you are by car, free private parking is provided a few hundred meters away, in the family house. The space The interior of the house consist of a kitchen and dining room decorated with antiques, while the loggia has an open bedroom. Outside, there is an outdoor shower as well as outdoor fireplace where you can prepare grilled dishes and enjoy a lovely meal on the outdoor terrace, surrounded by the garden with the seasonal fruit and vegetables. Beside two gazebo-like arrangements in the shade of wine and olive trees, there is also a wooden plateau with deck chairs where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a glass of wine in the sunset. Guest access This house is located on the eastern side of Bol, with the beautiful monastery in the palm of your hand and panoramic view of Bol, sea and nearby island of Hvar. It is located only 400m and 7 minutes walk away from the nearest beaches Martinica, Kotlina and others. Center is 750m or 12 minutes walk away, with all belonging facilities such as infirmary, farmacy, local port, bus stop, currency exchange, ATMs, local shops, markets, coffee shops, restaurants, winery etc. From there, there are a various forms of transport to the famous beach Zlatni rat (Golden cape), which is only about 10 minutes train or boat ride away or 20 minutes away if you want to enjoy a walk along the promenade. Other things to note Main entrance from the main road is shared with neighbors that have their house on a plot below ours. We share with them small part of the pathway and stairs leading to our plot, so you may run into them on your way to or from the cottage. Our cottage is very private due to being the highest in a row. With that said, there are quite a lot of stairs from the main road (all together 90, to be exact, but divided into few by few so it's not that hard. That is why the view is so magnificent and it is worth it. Carrying your luggage up and down the stairs is our responsibility so you don’t have to worry about that.
