Long-term stay discount is avaiable for exchange student! You can travel to Myeongdong and Dongdaemun, Deahak-ro(Hyehwa) in 10-minutes without transferring. The space There is a clean kitchen and bathroom. You can use washing machine at the balcony. Use the kitchen and the bathroom as you like. Also there is a big, private balcony inside of this apartment; you can have a beer or barbeque when the weather is nice.
