Typical old Provencal house by the sea. Sea view from the bathroom and bedroom. You are on the most beautiful beach in Hyères in 2 minutes on foot. Garden side with its centuries-old umbrella pines and terrace. The space The bedrooms are upstairs with a toilet and bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen is open to the living room dining room and it opens directly onto the terrace. On the terrace there is a sitting area, a table with umbrella. Guest access The house is semi-detached but it doesn't bother you at all. You are independent and separate from the other party. You have room to park (up to two cars) and a quiet garden. Other things to note For cleaning, I ask you to leave the kitchen tidy and at least clean. The cleaning fee is 60 euros to be paid at the beginning of the stay. Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. In July and August the house is rented from Saturday to Saturday.
