Water, Washing Machine, and all necessary kitchen equipment Parking: Secured Hatchback car parking space and lift facility Security: 24/7 surveillance and secured premises for peace of mind House Rules & Guidelines: Guests & Pricing: The standard rate applies for up to 4 guests (including children). For additional guests, we charge ₹500 per guest per night. The maximum guest limit is 8, with the possibility of accommodating 2 extra guests in special cases. We will provide additional mattresses and blankets as needed. Cleaning: A cleaning charge is collected at check-in for the initial cleaning of the property. After check-in, guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay. Please ensure the apartment is left in the same condition as when it was handed over to you before departing.(Paid Maid available) Visitor Policy: For security and privacy reasons, no visitors are allowed in the apartment during your stay. If you need to exit the premises after 11:30 PM, please notify the watchman, and we will arrange to keep the gates open for you. Damage Responsibility: We expect guests to treat the property with care. Any damage caused to the property during your stay will be charged to the guest, and they must cover the costs for repairs or replacements. Dishes: Guests are responsible for washing the dishes and cleaning up before departure.(Paid Maid available) Additional Services: Should you require cab services or any other transportation, we will be happy to assist with arrangements.
