You will have solo access to the entire apartment **For Photo shoot we will charge extra amount ** ***Please read all our terms and full discretion before processing for booking** SMOKING AND DECORATIONS NOT ALLOWED 1. The House is located on 2nd floor in the apartment Devi Residency and the house has 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 1 hall and dining place,kitchen, utility and Balcony. 2. The house consists of 2 L.E.D TV's , 3 Air Conditioners, Free High speed WiFi, Fridge, Microwave, R.O water, Washing Machine, all Kitchen Equipment etc.. 3. Secured car Parking Lot and lift facility is available and it is 24/7 secured place. 4. Cleaning charge which is collected from guests before checkin is for entire property cleaning (After checkin cleaning should be take care by guests only). 5. We can provide cab facility if you need. 6. (Up to 4 guests basic price + tax’s ) Please note that there is a limit of 8 guests in our home including children, in certain cases we permit upto 2 additional guests and we will provide extra mattress and blankets,and for each additional guest we charge Rs 500/- per night per guest. 7. Apartment gates will be closed after 11.30 pm, if you wanna go out please update watchmen and we will keep gates open. ** Visitors not allowed in your stay** 8. We expect you to leave the house in the condition that it was given to you in (self cleaning). Any damages causes to property by guests, Guests are responsible and have to pay the amount according to the damage. 9. Dishes should be taken care by guests before leaving. 10. If you have any inconvenience you can report to us and we will respond to you within few minutes. 11. This property will get HATCHBACK car parking. Guest access Guest will have full access in the property. Note:- If your stay may include any activities that are not family friendly, ( Alcohol consumption, Parties etc..) please do not book this place. Any family unfriendly activities will not be tolerated and we reserve the right to cancel the booking at any time, even during the middle of your stay. All guests will be required to provide a government issued ID. The primary renter of the house should be 25 years or older.
