The property features a traditional-style entrance pavilion and a spacious 250 sqm main villa. All three king-size ensuite bedrooms are generously sized (32–60 sqm) and overlook the rice terrace and private pool, ensuring full privacy and open views. The 100 sqm open-plan living area includes a fully air-conditioned kitchen, dining, and lounge space. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, Nespresso machine, microwave, and breakfast counter.
