Located in the Lighthouse Beach Villas Resort (formerly Athens Gate), a top 10 property on TripAdvisor, includes an infinity edge pool, spacious beach with loungers, and a swim up bar. Kayaks, Paddleboard and bikes are available free for your use on property. Full staff available to assist you in making any arrangements you may need. The space Villa La Isla is a 3rd floor 2-bedroom unit that offers open concept living with a spacious living room area, dining for 6 plus bar seating, a fully equipped kitchen with Stainless Appliances, beautiful Belizean Hardwood Cabinets, Granite Countertops. Master suite offers a King size bed, double French doors that lead into living area, private bath with walk in shower, double sinks and a jetted tub. A safe is available in the linen closet to keep your valuables safe. The second bedroom offers 1 Queen Bed. Second Bathroom also offers a walk-in shower. Washer/dryer in unit, 3 TV's, DVD player, High Speed WiFi, and keyless entry. A large private covered porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Ocean breezes. Guest access Located 2.5 miles South of San Pedro in the safe and quiet Holiday Lands neighborhood, just steps from Southside Security station. Many restaurants directly across the street is available for delivery or dine in and a fine dining restaurant is a 2 min walk. Lighthouse Beach Villas offers its guests free use of Kayaks, Paddleboards and Bikes to explore land and sea. Our on-site staff is there to help you book any excursions fishing, sailing, snorkeling, diving, parasailing, food tours, mainland tours, Mayan Ruins, Zip-lining, cave tubing and so much more. Other things to note Our staff can arrange all your travel arrangements to the island. Just book your international flight to BZE and we can do the rest. FLIGHTS: Taking a hopper flight is the easiest way to get to the island. Please contact us upon booking with your arrival times to BZE our staff would be happy to arrange all your transfers for you with Tropic Air and transfers to the hotel. Other options via water taxi are also available but will add a minimum of 1.5 hours to your travel time. TRANSPORTATION: You will want a golf cart (if you would like to explore our amazing island) for your stay. Our staff can arrange a cart to be delivered by a reliable golf cart company directly to Lighthouse Beach Villas for your use. The trip to San Pedro, Town by Golf Cart is 15-20 min ride. There are no rental cars on the island (just carts). Taxis are also readily available but will need to be contacted by phone.
