Villa Sunset - House with a pool in Cala Blanca

Beautiful and comfortable house in a community area of 5 villas with a pool and small garden and just 2 minutes from the beach. It's our vacation spot on this fantastic island, and we offer it to welcome select guests. It has 120 m2 in 3 bedrooms, a large living-dining room, a separate kitchen and 2 bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms, a covered terrace on the ground floor, wifi, a large terrace in the bedrooms and a backyard. The space We have tried to decorate and furnish the house to enjoy the tranquility of the island and the excursions in the surroundings. We invite you to use all the equipment in the house, including books, board games, beach chairs and hammocks, umbrella, beach towels and mats, we even have a slack line to install in the trees of the patio. The house has fiber optic wifi, air conditioning in all bedrooms, and full 4G coverage (although we advise you to disconnect from time to time and enjoy the island and all it has to offer!). We especially like the covered terrace, it's the only place we eat! Of course, it has complete dishes and cutlery, linen and towels available to make your stay more comfortable, even beach towels for you! The kitchen, which has been completely renovated, has appliances to help you enjoy your stay, including a coffee maker, electric juicer, glass blender (fantastic smoothies!), toaster, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and more. In the garage you have a washing machine, clothesline, iron and table and much more. At the back of the house, we have renovated the terrace space, to have more space for hammocks or meals. . Guest access Common areas are the pool and garden around. Other things to note The Balearic Islands tourist tax (Ecotax) is not included, currently 2 Eur per person per day (from 16 years of age).
