Read the listing! This cool apartment is located in the Anjos neighbourhood - multicultural area where you can find everything you need for your stay. We are located between two metro stations called Intendente and Anjos, which are 400 meters from the building, 5 minutes by foot. To the downtown the metro takes about 3 minutes. However if you prefer to reach downtown by foot, you can take a 20-minute walk, Graça viewpoints are a 15-minute walk away. TARGET: YOUNG GUESTS! Self check-in! The space In spite of being renovated in 2016 this SMALL! and BASIC! flat, located on the second floor without elevator, it is still a very typical portuguese house in a OLD! and NOT! renovated building from the 30s. You will pass your stay here in a central location, in an alley closed to car traffic. However this cosy place may NOT be the best option for light sleepers (our walls are thin - so sometimes you can hear the neighbors going up and down the stairs- as are the vast majority of old buildings in Lisbon). No AC! When the photographs of the apartment were taken, the photographer used a camera with a tripod, which is not the same angle captured by our eyes so the photos may distort the dimensions slightly. Note: This is a small and cozy house. Very tall guests may find it a bit challenging to use the kitchen, toilet, and shower due to the limited space. Please take this into consideration before making a reservation. Other things to note Check in time: 3pm - 9pm. It is possible to come after 11:30am to drop off your luggage (check with us first). How to dry clothes!? during the winter please use the nearest self service laundry to dry your clothes. We can not dry it directly inside the apartment. CLEANING SERVICES are not provided during the stay, TEMPERATURE: there is no AC. We provide heaters for the winter and fans for the summer. Renovations: the building’s stairways will be painted in April 2026. There may be some dust in the stairwell and a smell of paint and varnish. The apartment is a good option for guests who spend the day exploring the city. Registration Details 95239/AL
