Relax at our granny flat on beautiful property

We own this amazing 7 acre property. Across from the main house is a flat. It has 1 bedroom with a big built- in wardrobe. There is a new, modern bathroom. The room adjacent there isliving room with a couch, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee. The property has a large dam and a raised wooden walkway around it. You are welcome to walk around the property, play tennis The wifi can be intermittent - thanks Telstra - but 5G works here. You can hotspot the TV off your phone. The space You have access to the property, including the walkways and Balinese hut. The tennis court is usable and has lights. The pool is working but not listed as, like most pool, we have maintenance issues from time to time. You can park in any free garage Guest access You have access to the property. There is a raised walkway all around the perimeter which is like a walking meditation. Sit down near the lake and enjoy the serenity. Play tennis. Other things to note We have three dogs, Millie the Fattle Dog, Snickers and Oreo. They are dog and people friendly but be aware of you are a single man they may be suspicious and protective of my mother. They like people but if you are concerned, they are most likely to be inside with us or out the back. Be aware of everybody as you come in the driveway. Please let me know if you are booking for somebody else, in particular if you are a woman booking for a single man. There are children and elderly people on this property and it is courteous to inform me. Failure to do so will result in negative feedback. Please also note I intentionally keep the price low as it is a clean, comfortable, good looking granny flat.
