Beautiful condo located directly on Rosarito Beach. The Condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, large kitchen, an ample living room, and a patio overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Secured parking. 24-hour guard service, pool, spa, and gym. The complex is located in the heart of the tourist area of Rosarito - easy walk to several great restaurants, clubs and night life. The maximum number of guests allowed is 8. The security guards will check IDs of those using the condo upon their arrival. Guest access Only those on persons included on the list of guests will be granted access to the property. This rule is strictly enforced for security and safety reasons. There is one designated parking stall per unit. If a guest has more than one vehicle, the additional vehicle(s) will be allowed onto the property but the HOA will charge a $10 per day fee for each additional vehicle. Other things to note Guests will sign the HOA rules and regulations upon arrival. Any issues with management, you will be asked to leave the property and will not be given a refund.
