Rooms is in the Esquilino district, in the centre of Rome. Located on the Manzoni Metro A stops (200 meters away), 10 min walking from Termini(one metro stop) and a 10 minute walk away from the Colosseum, It is the ideal solution to visit the city. It comes with a private bathroom which is always a plus. Free wifi and daily housekeeping(we do not change linen and towels daily but only after three nights). The space It's comfortable basic and very clean. Check-in is automatic so guests can check-in at all the times from the moment the check-in times starts. Guest access The room is part of a spacious apartment located on the first floor, consisting of 5 rooms + common area with a fridge and a microwave Guests will have access to their private room and shared space with a sofa and an armchair During your stay We are more than happy to communicate online with our guests! Our support is remotely until midnight. We meet guests in person ONLY in an emergency. Other things to note In our structure there is no reception and you enter automatically after completing a procedure. The guest receives an email with a link and instructions for online check-in. The email is called CONFIRMATION MAIL and arrives in the guest's personal mail. 2 days before check-in the guest receives an "ACCESS CODE for" email with a USER and a PASSWORD to be used to automatically enter the facility. For check-ins made directly by the staff, due to non-execution of the online check-in procedure, a supplement of € 20 will be charged. Guests must behave in respect of other people staying in the b & b. The rooms are non-smoking and pets are not allowed, even small ones. Only toilet paper can be thrown into the toilet, under penalty of being charged for the repair costs. The tourist tax € 3.50 per person per night is not included in the price and will be collected at check-in.
