The apartment also has a private courtyard equipped with a table and chairs to spend hours in absolute relaxation, have breakfast or dinner in the shade of a large magnolia. Guest access Guests will have the entire apartment at their disposal with independent access and a free parking space. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes on foot or by bus in 10 minutes (stop 200 meters from the house in front of Ferrari Park).
