The space The accommodation is a bright and well-ventilated house, arranged on two floors, with an independent entrance and a beautiful fenced garden for exclusive use, also ideal for those traveling with animals. On the ground floor, there is an equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a living room, perfect for relaxing and sharing moments together. Upstairs there are two bedrooms: a double, spacious and comfortable, and a second bedroom with two single beds. Both rooms have a private terrace, and the floor is completed by a large windowed bathroom. The room with single beds is only opened if the number of guests exceeds two people, otherwise only the double room is assigned, to ensure a comfortable and tailored stay. The house is in a quiet residential area, with the possibility of parking comfortably on the street or in front of the property. Guest access Guests have a completely independent entrance, so privacy is guaranteed from the moment they arrive. The entire house is for exclusive use, there are no shared spaces. At the back, there is a fenced courtyard, perfect for relaxing outdoors: there are deckchairs and a small table, ideal for enjoying some peace and quiet. Access is also convenient and reserved, with a private driveway and a parking space right in front of the house.
