The space Unbeatable central location, 3 minutes walking distance to Puerta del Sol and just besides Plaza Mayor. Modern one bedroom apartment recently decorated. It can accomodate up to four people (2 single beds in the master bedroom plus 2 pax in the living room in a double sofa bed) Feel at home with its fully equipped kitchen, Internet access and comfortable furniture. We do have a lift but there is flight of stairs to get to the lift. The apartment and especially the kitchen has to be returned in good condition, This is a quiet community, please observe quiet hours at night 23:00 to 08:00. Guests are responsible for the disposal of their rubbish, the garbage buckets with an orange cover are placed outside the building door from 8pm to 11pm, nevear leave the trash in the building premises. Parties, pets and smoking are not allowed We provide two set of keys, valued at 40 € per set. if the guest does not bring them back, will be responsible for the cost Please do not leave ther keys inside the house in the lock, the locksmith cost will be assumed by the guest. Check in time is from 15:00 to 21:00. Early check in and late check out upon availability, please let us know.
