Bright ensuite room & hot tub near town & beaches.

Bright self-contained twin room with ensuite toilet/shower. Private use of our hot tub. Quality beds have closed-coil springs & memory foam topper. We have TV, WiFi, fridge, microwave, kettle, iron, fan & workspace with light. On-street parking, a short bus ride to Bude or a 25 mins walk/5 mins drive to town & beaches. Great pub 10 mins away, too! Happy to advise on local restaurants, walks, etc but we will respect your privacy unless you ask (please do!). The space Your own private, lockable room & ensuite off an entrance hall ( it's only us!). Guest access You will have your own front door key to come & go as you please: your room has it's own lock. There's a small step up to the front door, then flat flooring throughout. Guests do not have access to the main house. During your stay Just ask for local info on pubs, beaches, coast path walks, restaurants , etc etc. We generally keep out of your way, but are more than happy to chat about local recommendations and stuff! Other things to note Loads of great places for breakfast and meals in town, & we're happy to advise & give recommendations. There's plates, cutlery & stuff in the room for takeaways etc. We have a very nosy cat who spends her time trying to get into the room, but we try to keep her out... and you will NOT be sharing any space even tho' Air thinks you do!
