This is a beautifully remodeled, fully lived-in house designed with comfort and families in mind. The Layout: Downstairs features an open floor plan connecting the fully equipped kitchen to the living room, complete with a cozy fireplace for winter evenings. Upstairs, you'll find three bedrooms: an extra-large master bedroom for relaxing, a second bedroom that doubles as a dedicated workspace with a monitor, and a third bedroom connected directly to a playroom (with mattress) that will delight small children. The Outdoor Oasis: The highlight of the property is the beautiful, enclosed backyard garden. It is entirely reserved for your group—perfect for relaxing, grilling, or letting the kids play safely after a long day of sightseeing in the city. Guest access You have exclusive access to the entire 3-bedroom house and the private backyard garden. You also have a reserved space in the driveway for free, off-street parking, making this incredibly convenient if you are driving to Prague or renting a car from the nearby airport. Check-in is simple and flexible via a secure lockbox. Other things to note Accessibility: Please note that the house is not senior-friendly or suitable for those with severe mobility issues. There is an inside staircase, and the shower/bathtub has an abnormal shape that can be difficult to step into and out of. The Property: The house sits within a small residential property that includes a couple of other long-term rental units. In practice, the vast majority of our guests never give this a second thought. The other residents are quiet, private people — you might briefly see them coming or going, but that is the full extent of it. They have no access to your garden, they are not hanging around outside, and they will not intrude on your privacy in any way. Your house and garden are entirely your own. Parking: You get one outdoor parking spot secured behind a remote controlled gate (provided at check in). Note the garage is locked and unavailable for guests. If more parking is needed, there is free street parking available 100m away. Getting Around: Having a car is very convenient here (and parking is free!), but you are not stranded without one. There is reliable public transit nearby that connects you to the Prague metro system (15 mins), allowing you to reach the historic city center easily without worrying about downtown parking. Airport Proximity: We are located in the north-western suburbs (Horoměřice), making this an incredibly stress-free location if you are flying in or out of Václav Havel Airport.
