Guest access In the heart of Temecula wine country just 15 minutes off the 15 freeway. Walking distance (0.9 miles) to 2 wineries (Danza del Sol & Cougar), with 8 other fabulous wineries within 2-3 miles (including Leoness, Fazelli, Renzoni, Sommerset). Other things to note Property is Managed by a company called First Rents. You will be required to fill out an Application and will be contacted by them directly. 360 Degree Photo Tour available. 360 Degree Photo Tour: Property Owners/Hosts live in the main house and the gated driveway is shared and winds up a hill. Very private! Hosts have a super friendly Golden Retriever that roams the 3-acre property but also has a fenced-in area at main house. Glenoak Hills is a quiet area and we do not allow parties or more than a few visitors at a time. Do not give out gate code to guests. Quiet hours run from 10 PM - 7 AM during the week and 10 PM - 8 AM weekends and holidays. PETS/ANIMALS: We do NOT allow Pets/Animals on the Premises, with the exception of certified service dogs. WATER AND SEPTIC: The home is on a septic system, which works great, but it will clog up if improper material is flushed or washed down the sink or shower. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than the septic safe toilet paper provided. No feminine products should be flushed at any time. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged for the damages and/or repairs. There is no garbage disposal in the kitchen, so do not dispose of any food or grease down drains.
