A House in the Green

The Casetta is ready to welcome travelers who love the peace and quiet of nature. Detached house, equipped kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, large terrace. The property is surrounded by a tree-lined garden that also includes a 6-meter swimming pool exclusively for guests of the Casetta. The space The cottage was obtained from the rural annexes of an old country house whose construction dates back to the 1800s. Simple and cool, equipped with mosquito nets and a large fan, it is intended for people who love to live in contact with nature and are not afraid of its inhabitants. During the night, you can hear the roe deer, owls and other nocturnal birds. Guest access Through a remote-controlled iron gate you can access the property that includes the main house, the Casetta nel Verde (Serenity) and some currently uninhabited structures. The space for guests, in addition to the cottage, also includes an outdoor area for parking the car and the swimming pool (open from the end of June to the end of September) surrounded by greenery at the back of the area. The road to the house is unpaved but is only 700 meters long. Other things to note In the main house and in the outdoor spaces there are some cats that generally avoid contact with strangers. Small dogs can be accommodated if desired. Smoking is allowed outside the house near an ashtray. In the house you will find linen for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, organic detergents for dishes, with sponges, for the washing machine and for the hands. You will also find shampoo and shower gel, fresh water, condiments (oil, vinegar, salt and pepper), coffee, sugar and tea. An iron and ironing board are available upon request and free of charge.
