Very new apartment of 35 square meters, built with traditional stone walls structure, first floor, bright, in the countryside. It is in a good position, at 250 metres far from from the sea beaches by walking and at 200 meters walking from the main road where there are many shop and the bus stop for the main directions. It is at 15 minutes from Heraklion, the main town with airport and port too. It is very near the CretAquarium and the Dinosauria Park. The space The apartment includes two double beds (one common double bed in the bedroom and one wide double sofa-bed in the living room), air conditioner, a well furnished kitchen, a toilet with bath and shower, two balconies and a terrace. The windows-doors are covered by mosquito nets. Washing machine, WiFi and tv are available and free. Downstairs there is a private parking place and a wide yard with a table, chairs and umbrella available for the hosts for rest and dinners. Guest access The apartment is at 5 minutes walking from a supermarket/butcher and at 8 minutes walking from the main road, where there are many shop, grocery, coffee shops, bakery, and a bigger supermarket. Quite close are two petrol stations, a pharmacy and a medical centre too. Very close in the main street are the bus stops for the main town Heraklion, the tourist locality of Chersonissos and the main directions of the west and east of Crete. It is at 15 minutes by bus or car from Heraklion, the main town with the famous archaeological site of Knossos, the venetian castle and the archaeological museum and at 10-15 minutes from the airport and the port as well. It is very near (less than 10 minutes walking) from the CretAquarium (the main Aquarium in Greece and in the eastern Mediterranean), the Exposition Centre and the Dinosauria Park. Also at 10-15 minutes by car from the tourist town of Chersonissos, famous for the Cretan movida and the very traditional and characteristic old town of Chersonissos and its pictorescue square. At half hours distance by car it is possible to reach to famous plateau of Lassithi, with its windmills and the Zeus cave.
