The space Our very spacious 70sqm 3 bedroom apartment is located right in the heart of the city of Dresden, right next to the Frauenkirche. The location is really incomparable and the newly built Baroque-style apartment building in which our apartment is located, an absolute eye-catcher! Numerous cafés and restaurants, alleys that invite you to stroll and shopping can be found right outside the door. Guest access What else should you know: In our apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Our air-conditioned apartment, which is also accessible by elevator, offers you 2 bedrooms, 1 spacious living/dining room, 1 large bathroom with tub and shower as well as a large and well equipped kitchen. Our apartment is equipped with a large TV with NETFLIX access, if you want to relax from sightseeing or if the weather doesn't play along. Of course, we also provide Free Wi-Fi. Other things to note Towels and bed linen are provided by us. Before and after each stay, the apartment is professionally cleaned. On the day of arrival, the apartment is available from 3 p.m. If you arrive by car, we recommend the parking lot Schießgasse (approx. 300 meters away), there you can park for 6 € per day. The exact address of our apartment will be available immediately after booking. We are always available by phone or via Airbnb for any questions you may have. On the day of departure, check-out must be done by 10:00. Another note: The city of Dresden charges an accommodation tax for each guest. We are also obliged to take them from our guests. The cost is 6.66% of the accommodation price.
