The subway station is only a few minutes walk away from the apartment, enabling guests to explore the city with ease.   This apartment is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. Featuring a large sofa, a wide-screen TV, and a dining table that can accommodate up to two people.   The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you’ll need to cook a homecooked meal, including a microwave. The apartment also comes with ironing equipment, should you need it.   The bedroom features a double bed complete with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.   The bathroom contains all the essentials you’ll need, such as shampoo and a hair dryer. Towels will also be provided for your convenience.   There’s also a private balcony where you can enjoy the stunning views.   The home is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.   Enjoy your stay! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation. We want to inform you that our home, located in the bustling city centre, is close to various commercial activities. This may result in some noise. We are committed to ensuring a comfortable stay and are available to meet your needs. Thank you for your understanding, and we hope you enjoy the authenticity of our location. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum. Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€. For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee. Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
