We live in this 65 m2 air-conditioned apartment in 2023 in the heart of the Bastille district, a stone's throw from the Marais. The space Located on the 4th and top floor of a residential building with an elevator, our apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests. Completely renovated in 2019, we live in this duplex that we will offer for rent during our vacation. We had air conditioning installed in each of the 2 bedrooms and in the living room in 2023. On the lower floor, the bright living room offers unobstructed views of the lively Paris Bastille district. The living room is "cozy": composed of a large comfortable sofa, an armchair and a coffee table. Guests will have free Wi-Fi, a connected TV with access to Netflix and Freebox programs, and they can also connect to our Bluetooth speaker. The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped: island with worktop, counter-top table and industrial-style high stools, separate refrigerator and freezer, induction cooktop, range hood, sink, dishwasher, combined convection oven and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, dishes, pots, etc. On the upper floor, the hallway leads to a first bedroom with a high ceiling, with a glass floor and several storage spaces available. The queen size bed will be equipped with sheets, duvet and pillows. The 2nd bedroom, smaller, overlooks the quiet inner courtyard. It consists of a desk and a mezzanine bed for 2 people, accessible via a staircase/ladder. Towels and a hairdryer will be available in the modern bathroom with walk-in shower and towel rails. The toilets are separate, they allow access to a washer/dryer. The apartment is non-smoking, but a protected corridor, shared with only one neighbor, makes it easy to settle outside. The accommodation is located a few steps from the Seine, where the Opening Ceremony of the 2024 Olympic Games will take place Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home, except for closets containing our personal belongings. Other things to note Check-in is after 3pm: depending on the schedule, the keys can be handed over on site or made available in a coded key box.
