Located in an 18th century Historic Monument, this cottage (11p max) and about 160 m2 is the guest house of an artist, and mixes decor and antique furniture with modern and contemporary works of art. IMPORTANT: Please read the listing description details carefully before making a booking request The space The house is usually rented as a gîte because people often prefer to bring their own linens, but the rental of sheets and towels is possible at the price of 20 euros per room, and everything is adaptable. Contact me about this. The rental is for a minimum of two nights. The house and kitchen are equipped with basic products to immediately enjoy the place, especially in case of late arrival: coffee, tea, sugar, etc. The kitchen is equipped with filter and Nespresso coffee makers, kettle, appliance accessories... There is a TV in the house with DTT channels, as well as a DVD/Bluray player, a stereo with cables where you can connect your iPhone or a game console on the screen (HDMI), and a selection of DVDs, CDs, and comic books available, as well as a small library of art books. There is fiber optic Wi-Fi. The house is in the heart of a quiet village, and we share this large set of buildings and the courtyard garden with other owners. There is no problem, for example, for dining outside on the terrace, but the house would not be suitable for people who would like to party all night on the terrace, and in particular play loud music outside late at night. Children are under the full responsibility of the parents, for their safety, but also for the respect of the equipment that I make available free of charge: swing, inflatable pool, pedal tractor, ball, etc. Parking: You can park in the village square or park up to two vehicles in the yard in front of the cottage. Guest access The house has a beautiful stone staircase, an entrance, a living/dining room, an alcove living room with woodwork, a pleasant and well-equipped kitchen, and 4 bedrooms upstairs. There are also two bathrooms with three toilets in total. The house is equipped for leisure activities: table tennis, foosball, badminton, pétanque balls, backgammon table in the living room, comic books, games... Parking: You can park in the village square or park up to two vehicles in the yard in front of the house. In front of the house there is a terraced courtyard garden where you can have lunch or dinner amidst the splendid buildings, the whole of which forms the remains of the oldest abbey in Burgundy, founded in the 5th century.
