Charming fully renovated 180 mt2, flat at one of the best quarters of Brussels! Spacious and modern apartment located in famous Avenue Louise, a high end street located in the heart of Brussels walking distance to many attractions. The apartment has 3 double rooms, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, 3 toilets, 1 living room with dining table. You have access to all shops, restaurants, cinema, supermarket, etc. within walking distance. few amenities were missing but I added everything recently. The space Attention: The flat is a duplex on the 2nd floor + there is an elevator in the building but guests should be able to use the stairs in the apartment to reach the bedrooms. So flat may not be suitable for elderly. I marked the place NOT SUITABLE for little children, the reason being the staircase, so families with children can book the place but they need to really keep an eye on their children, otherwise we have a crib, child bath and all toys available on demand. There is Netflix! Other things to note Internet is not unlimited
