The house is easily accessible by car and you can park near the house or in another public parking 100 mt. away. Casa Lucia is on 3 floors each one with private bathroom, there is also a laundry area with washing machine in the basement. The wonderful location will allow you to enjoy an amazing view and relaxing or having a great BBQ on the terrace. Even your animal friends are welcome. The space Casa Lucia is spread over three floors, on the ground floor there is a living room with kitchen and bathroom, on the second floor there are 2 more bedrooms and a bathroom while on the third floor there is the attic with attached bathroom. The penthouse is structured like a small studio apartment. Outside you can sit on the terrace and enjoy the view.
