Lovely dble room in Southside, 3 mins to train

Just a gentle 12 min walk to Hampden stadium if attending any events there and 10 mins by train into centre of Glasgow . Great fireplace feature in light and airy small double bedroom in a large flat with spacious living room and kitchen. Parking on road and 2 mins from train station that takes just 10 mins into central Glasgow. Sharing with 1 female in 40s. The space Big period feature flat with large living room and kitchen. i live here and work from home. Two bedrooms - one mine and the other, the spare bedroom. Overlooks a green garden with no one looking in. Please note I also have a small dog - she's a small mini schnauzer. She is friendly but can be a bit barky on first meeting people /hearing flat door open. She settles if people are happy to give her a little attention on meeting and are comfortable with dogs.
