Coomber Guesthouse - Rylstone

A sprawling country farmstay hidden amongst magnificent gardens on a working sheep and cattle property in Rylstone, NSW. The Coomber Guesthouse has been a family home for generations. With boardgames, a pool, cubby house, sandpit, trampoline , and a ping pong table. Why not relax around a fire pit in the winter months - toast marshmallows and share a bottle of local red or swim in the pool in summer? It’s the perfect place for family and friends to relax and enjoy some time together. The space The days at the guesthouse can be spent by the pool (your use only), walking on the property (map provided) or simply enjoying the country surrounds. The guesthouse has a separate sitting room , dining room with delightful outdoor dining areas overlooking paddocks of grazing sheep and cattle. The garden is ideal for a game of croquet, cricket or boules with perfect green lawn and spectacular trees to shade any outside activity. The kitchen living areas have reverse cycle a/c , open fire in the dining room and a wood fire box in the sitting room. The bedrooms are cosy with electric blankets on all beds and heaters in all rooms. A fully equipped kitchen makes eating-in fun. There is a BBQ, electric oven , microwave with pantry essentials including tea , coffee ( plunger , instant and nespresso), milk , OJ, oil, sauces , cereals, sugar , locally baked bread - all the basics to cook up a storm. Guest access We have a 500m dirt road to the guesthouse with plenty of parking. Guests are welcome to walk or take a mountain bike and explore our property via our laneways ( map provided). We ask guests not to enter our farm sheds or shearing shed as they may pose a safety risk. Dams on our property are not for swimming. Other things to note Our accommodation is self catered Electric bikes are not permitted on the property. If you need to charge your electric vehicle during your stay, please contact the host before your arrival. We provide mountain bikes and helmets for your use. We have a bike rack , pump, spare tubes, cleaning equipment , degreaser etc for the bike enthusiast. We provide firewood in winter months only. Registration details Exempt
