Please note that the entrance hall is adjoining the bakery. The stairs to the apartment are narrow. The space "Le Phare" is its name. Rated 3 stars. Apartment size: 44 m² Apartment composition: - A modern and equipped kitchen, open to the living and dining room. It has a quiet dishwasher, an electric oven with a cold door, a microwave oven, a hood, a toaster, a regular coffee maker with filters and a "Senséo" coffee maker, a juicer, a kettle, a refrigerator and nice dishes. - A common basket of basic food necessities is available, including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters and tea. - We leave household products on site: organic dishwashing liquid, a sponge, organic dishwasher tablets, a cloth, organic floor and window cleaner and garbage bags. - This rental also has a washing machine, iron and ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner. - Housekeeping not included, optional: end-of-stay cleaning package on request 40 euros. - A living room area with sofa and faux leather armchair, a large HD color TV, 81 cm flat screen, which has excellent satellite reception. - A master bedroom with a double bed with an excellent 140 x 200 bed, second small flat screen color TV. - And a second cabin bedroom with two bunk beds, 90 x 200 bedding, the top bed is not recommended for a child under 6 years old. It goes into the blue zone from June 15 to September 15, but it is still free. For more peace of mind, we recommend parking on the adjacent streets. - Pets are allowed with the prior agreement of the owner at a rate of 6 euros per night per pet, to be paid on site. - This accommodation can also accommodate 1 baby for free in the parents' room. We provide you with a baby kit including: A travel crib, a high chair, a changing mat, a bathtub and a bath seat. We do not provide: Baby sheets, duvets and pillows. - Arrivals are autonomous and possible day or night. The owner is not present, but the check-in is organized very well. Check-ins start at 4 p.m. and checkouts start before 10 a.m. For everyone's sake, rentals are checked between each tenant. Since the owner is not often on site, a "logbook", as well as a guide and map of the island are left in the rental to facilitate the stays of guests.
