Apartment size: 44 sqm Apartment composition: - A modern and equipped kitchen, opens to the seating area and dining room. It has a quiet dishwasher, a cold door electric oven, a microwave oven, a range hood, a toaster, a regular filter coffee maker and a "Senséo" pod coffee maker, a citrus press, a kettle, a fridge and cute dishes. - A common basket of basic food necessities is left, including oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar, coffee filters and tea. - We leave cleaning products on site: organic dish soap, a sponge, organic dishwasher tablets, a cloth, organic floor and glass cleaner and garbage bags. - This rental also has a washing machine, iron and ironing table, and a vacuum cleaner. - Cleaning not included, optional: end of stay cleaning fee on request 40 euros. - A living area with sofa and faux leather armchair, a large HD color flat-screen TV, which enjoys excellent satellite reception. - A master bedroom with a double bed with excellent sleeping 140x200, second small color flat screen TV. - And a second cabin bedroom with two twin bunk beds, sleeping in 90x200, the top bed is not recommended for a child under 6 years old. For more tranquility, we recommend parking on the adjacent streets. - Pets are accepted with prior agreement from the owner at the rate of 6 euros per night per pet, to be paid on site. - This accommodation can also accommodate 1 baby for free in the parents' room. We provide you with a baby kit including: A crib, a high chair, a changing mat, a bathtub is its bath seat. We do not provide: The baby's sheets, duvets and pillows. - Check-ins are self-contained and possible both day and night. The owner is not present, but the check-in is very well organized. Check-ins start at 4 p.m., and checkouts start before 10 a.m. For everyone's sake, rentals are checked between each tenant.
