Small self-contained apartment (38 sqm)

The small apartment is located in the green south of the city of Krefeld (direct bus connection) and the trade fair city of Düsseldorf (connection by tram U76) and the highways A 44 and A 57). The space The apartment is quietly located in a 30 km/h zone and cul-de-sac. At the end of the street is the allotment garden club "Röck Stöck" and the Fischelner Bruch with its wide fields. The apartment is designed for two people. A third sleeping place is still available as a folding bed (90 cm x 200 cm). A baby travel cot and high chair can also be provided if needed. The small kitchen contains everything you need for preparing your breakfast or a small meal (fridge, microwave, ceramic hob, sink, Senseo, coffee maker, toaster and kettle). Bed linens and towels are of course also included. If occupied by 2 people, we charge a surcharge of €10 per night for the second person. Toddlers are our guests. Guest access The apartment (not barrier-free) is on the 2nd floor and has a separate entrance from the staircase and its own parking space. By arrangement, it is possible to park bicycles in the garage and use the garden. Other things to note Two dogs and a cat also live with us in the house.
