Two-room apartment for 3 people, comfortable and cozy, it offers a terrace for outdoor dining. It also comes with air conditioning. Located along a private road bordered by a gate, with private parking next door. The house is located a few meters from the village square, comfortable for the amenities and is about 150 meters from the beaches of Pomonte. Pets are allowed, with a surcharge of €20 to be paid on site. We can provide a discount for the ferries. The space The house consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, an external washing machine for exclusive use, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and all the material you need to cook (essential services such as pots, plates, cutlery, etc.). Each window is fitted with a mosquito net. With crystal clear waters and breathtaking sunsets, it offers gravel beaches and polished granite cliffs that allow access to the sea. A few tens of meters from the "wreck" beach is the famous Elviscott, a small merchant tree on the rock of Ogliera in 1972. It is easily accessible by swimming or pedalos. For nature lovers, there are several trails suitable for beautiful walks or mountain biking. Less than a ten-minute drive, you'll find renowned sandy beaches (Fetovaia, Cavoli...).
