Two-room apartment for 3 people, comfortable and cozy, offers a terrace for outdoor dining. It is also equipped with air conditioning. Located along a private road bordered by a gate, with private parking next door. The house is located a few meters from the town square, convenient to services and about 150 meters from the beaches of Pomonte. Pets are allowed, with a surcharge of €20 to be paid on site. We can provide a discount for ferries. The space The house consists of a double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen, an exclusive outdoor washing machine, and a bathroom with a shower. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave and all the materials you need to cook (essential services such as pots, plates, cutlery, etc.). Each window is equipped with a mosquito net. BED LINEN AND BATH LINEN ARE NOT PROVIDED, BUT MAY BE REQUESTED AT AN ADDITIONAL COST OF 15 EUROS PER PERSON Guest access You will be the only ones in the house. Other things to note Pomonte is a small and quiet town located on the southwest coast of the island of Elba, the Costa del Sole. With crystal clear waters and breathtaking sunsets, it offers pebble beaches and smooth granite cliffs that allow access to the sea. A few dozen meters from the "wreck" beach is the famous Elviscott, a small merchant ship that ran aground on the Ogliera rock in 1972. It is easily accessible by swimming or by pedal boat. For nature lovers, there are several trails suitable for beautiful walks or mountain biking. Less than ten minutes away by car, there are renowned sandy beaches (Fetovaia, Cavoli...).
